95DC APAC data center capacity advisory

We arrange and develop hyperscale data center capacity across Asia Pacific, sitting between the operators who build capacity and the enterprise, AI and cloud users who need it. Who we are

What we do

95DC arranges and develops hyperscale data center capacity across Asia Pacific. We sit at the intersection of demand and supply: between the operators who build capacity and the enterprise, AI and cloud users who consume it. On select mandates we also act as development manager for institutional capital sponsors, taking sites from powered land through construction to power on.

How we're built

Our team combines hyperscale data center corporate development and portfolio management experience with investment banking in M&A and capital raising. Paired with a deep APAC network spanning institutional capital, strategic regional partners, established and private data center operators and developers, and the region’s major end customers, we approach each opportunity the way a principal would.

Where we sit

We operate across the data center value chain: from development management and capacity advisory to GPUaaS and managed AI infrastructure. That range lets us meet a broad set of client requirements, whether a client needs raw capacity, a structured deal, or compute delivered as a service. Our full service offering spans Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Japan, with GPUaaS in select US and European markets.

What we do

Three lines of business

Capacity arrangement

We source hyperscale capacity across APAC and place AI and cloud demand. Minimum deployment size is 5MW, with smaller deployments from 2.5MW considered on a select basis.

Development & asset management

Development manager and asset manager for institutional capital sponsors: site and power diligence, design governance, construction oversight, and post-completion asset management.

GPUaaS & managed AI infrastructure

We extend into GPUaaS and managed AI infrastructure through group affiliates, complementing select capacity or development mandates rather than standing as a core focus.

Anil Uttamaram

Founder & Director

Anil founded 95DC following corporate development at Vantage Data Centers, where he worked on the APAC platform — contributing to a US$1.6bn capital raise from ADIA and GIC and the acquisition of a 300MW campus in Johor from Yondr. He began his career in investment banking at Bank of America, advising on M&A and capital raising across technology, real estate and digital infrastructure. He holds supply-side relationships across Southeast Asia’s data center operators and developers, paired with a demand network spanning the region’s largest enterprise, AI and cloud users.

Dilip Bhagwan

Capital Formation

Dilip leads capital formation at 95DC, where he is responsible for capital introductions and other strategic partnerships. He began his career in CBRE’s APAC data center consulting practice, building data center market intelligence across 13 markets, assessing power availability, connectivity and commercial viability to guide market-entry and investment decisions for hyperscalers, data center REITs and financial institutions. He carried that sector grounding into a top-producing brokerage career, transacting up to US$75m in annual deal value, closing complex, approvals-intensive transactions for technically dense sites. Across both roles he has built durable relationships with institutional capital, family offices and high-net-worth individuals active in industrial real estate — the same capital pools now underwriting data center development in APAC.
